Display Suggested Tip Amounts for Customers on Receipts

Overview

You are able to set up custom tip amounts for customers to choose from, which will be displayed on customer receipts, in order to promote fair tip amounts for your employees, boosting staff morale.

 

Instructions

  1. Log in to Back Office and go to Settings --> Store Settings.
  2. Click on the Tips tab and select the below checkboxes:
  • Tips & Signature on receipt
  • Print suggested Tip values on receipt
  1. Input the suggested tip values in the Keyboard Shortcut Settings section. 

 

  1. Click the Done button. 
  2. Log in to POS and Synchronize data to apply changes.
  3. When printing receipts, the suggested tip values you set in Store Settings will appear.
