Manual Refund

1. Select Manual Refund in the left navigation menu. 

 

 2. Choose one or more items that you want to provide a refund for. 

 

 3. Select the Cash button, which should appear red. 

 

4. Input the dollar amount that was returned to the customer using the calculator on the screen and then click the red PROCESS button. 

  • The Amount due back to the customer is shown on the top of the screen.

 

5. Select the receipt language for the refund and whether you would like to print and/or email the receipt.

  • If you paid the customer more money than what is displayed in the Amount due, the amount the customer owes back appears next to Change Due on the top of the screen. 

6. Click the Save and Close button.
