1. Poynt cannot connect to cash drawer in eHopper due to loss of WiFi
Resolution: Restart Poynt device. Make sure it is connected to network and a receipt printer is set up in the POS.
2. Poynt cannot load eHopper POS login window due to loss of WiFi.
Resolution: 1. Restart Poynt device. Make sure it is connected to network.
3. Clear RetailTime Cache on Poynt.

2. Go to About
3. Tap 10 times on PoyntOS Version
4. Enter PIN 157953
5. go Back to Settings
6. Go to Developer Preferences
7. Go to System
8. Go to Apps
9. Swipe left twice to see ALL apps
10. Find and tap on RetailTime
11. Click on Storage
12. Tap on Clear cache and Data buttons
13. repeat steps 1-4
to lock down Developer Preferences
