Synchronize / Sync Data


You will need to sync your data in POS any time changes are made in back office or after you have been working offline. 


When to Sync Data 

  • If make any changes in Back Office
  • If you are back online after operating POS offline 



A. Select Synchronization in the left navigation menu. 



B. Click on Sync on the top right corner of the screen. 

  • Sync will not appear when have been no changes/updates to system.
