How to set up RetailTime Landi C20Pro Touchscreen POS
Setting up POS Device
The POS Terminal Model C20PRO is a versatile point-of-sale device designed for retail and commercial use. It offers security features to ensure safe transactions and comes with a variety of interfaces for seamless connectivity.

- To power on/off the terminal, connect the power supply to the power port (18), press and hold the power button for a few seconds. Follow the on-screen instructions for initial setup and configuration.
- Insert the cash drawer cable into the cash drawer port. On the image below, the Cash Drawer port is in red circle. The Ethernet (LAN) port is in blue.

- Once the device turns on, go to Settings and then connect to a WiFi network.
- Alternatively, connect the device via LAN cable.
- Download RetailTime POS and Chrome browser from App Center.

- Open the RetailTime POS app.
- On the login screen, enter the Account ID and License Key that you received from your initial RetailTime welcome email.
If purchased the device elsewhere of you do not have the RetailTime POS in your App Center, please reach out to us with the Serial Number at support@retailtime.com.
Internal Printer Setup on Landi Device
Setting up Internal Printer on POS
- Log in to POS.
- In the left navigation menu, tap on Settings--->Printer Setup
- On Printer Settings screen, tap Search for printer on the top right.
- The printer should show up under both Receipt Printers and Kitchen Printers. Check off the box(es) of whichever one(s) you would like to set up your printer to print.
Note: For kitchen receipts to print, you must select the Kitchen Receipt option in the Receipt tab of your Back Office Store Settings.
- The option Print Test Page will appear to the right of the printer. Tap it to print a test page to ensure that the printer is set up properly.
- Confirm your printer settings by tapping the DONE button. The printer should now be set up to work on your tablet.
Setting up External Printer with Landi
- The supported external printers are: Star Micronics TSP143LAN and BTP-R180II.
- Connect the printer to the same network as the Landi device.
- Log in to POS.
- In the left navigation menu, tap on Settings--->Printer Setup
- On Printer Settings screen, tap Search for printer on the top right.
- The option Print Test Page will appear to the right of the printer. Tap it to print a test page to ensure that the printer is set up properly.
- Confirm your printer settings by tapping the DONE button. The printer should now be set up to work on your tablet.
eHopper Cash Drawer Setup on Landi Device
Overview
Before you can use the RetailTime Cash Drawer on the Landi device, you will have to connect it to the device (or external printer) and set it up on RetailTime.
Connecting eHopper Cash Drawer
- Connect the cash drawer to the Landi device (or to Star or BTP printer if using one of those) via a RJ12 connector by inputting it into the cash drawer port on the back of the device.
Setting Up eHopper Cash Drawer on POS
- Log in to RetailTime POS
- In the left navigation menu, tap on Settings--->Cash Drawer
- Tap Search for cash drawer.
- In list that appears, select the printer that the cash drawer is connected to.
- Tap the Test link to the right of the selected printer. If the drawer opens, it is properly set up.
- Confirm cash drawer settings by tapping DONE.
- The cash drawer will open upon each transaction in POS.
Credit Card terminal Setup on Landi
In Back Office, go to Settings--->Apps--->App Directory--->install Credit/Debit POS integration App

Go to Settings--->Store Settings--->select store that setting up the terminal on.
Click Payment Gateway tab--->select your terminal model in Payment Methods drop-down menu--->click Done
In your POS go to Setting > Terminals > add Terminal > enter the required credentials > hit Done.

Setting up the Splash Image on the Customer-Facing Display
1. In order to set up the Splash image for the customer-facing display on Landi, please send an image at
support@retailtime.com. The recommended image resolution is
1280×800 pixels.
Please note that currently we can upload only one image at a time.
